Can I receive a Refund if I am unhappy with my Purchase?
We don't offer refunds for the premium subscription once you've purchased it because you have upgraded to a premium account after being satisfied with the free one, indicating that you liked our tool.
If I purchase twice, do I receive a refund?
Yes, we will refund one of your two purchases if you purchase the same plan twice. Nevertheless, the Basic Monthly Package is not covered in the refund policy.
Is there a refund if I buy during the sale?
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for the discounted item. However, at your desire, we can cancel the automatic renewal procedure.
Can a Refund be issued for a Repeating charge?
You can choose automatic or manual renewal at checkout when you make a purchase. Your subscription will be paid again after the designated expiration date if you select automatic renewal. Refunds are not available for renewal charges once they have been processed. However, we can cancel the automatic charge for your next bill.

Can I get a Refund if any of our Premium tools aren't functioning properly?
It is rare for our Premium Tools to contain errors. If such a situation arises, we will be unable to provide a refund according to corporate policy, as the Tool will be upgraded and operate better than before.
However, in any event, if your search queries are consumed without giving results, we will be pleased to restore the queries to your account or give you the days of access you missed if the service is unavailable for more than a day.
